Um Khalil was a warm, curious woman who valued good company just as much as good food. She was a traditional Lebanese woman in the best sense of the word – welcoming, generous, and deeply loyal – yet open-minded and eager to explore the world beyond her own. While she stayed true to authentic Lebanese cuisine at her restaurant, her home kitchen was a different story. It was a space for experimenting, where she shared new ideas and dishes with her nephews and family.
Brought to life by three brothers who shared the same passion, Inas is rooted in their Lebanese heritage, shaped by the warmth of Levantine hospitality, and driven by the values they learned from Um Khalil. Inas reflects an openness to different cultures and the belief that food can bring people together.
Following the legacy of their aunt, her love for food and people became the inspiration for something new. That spark led to the creation of Inas Restaurant & Cafe.
